Alex Kubish

Born and raised in Edmonton, Alex graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2019. Since then he has served clients in the areas of family law, wills and estates, and civil litigation.

Alex’s practice focuses on the area of family law including divorce, parenting, guardianship of children and adults, adoption, child and spousal support, and family property division. He strives to advocate for his clients’ interests whether through negotiations or in court, and has appeared in the Court of King’s Bench and Alberta Court of Justice.

Alex prioritizes continuing education to ensure he continues his professional development. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, Canadian Bar Association, and Alberta Legal Coaches and Limited Services Society. He has also volunteered as a lawyer with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre.

Outside of work hours, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and travelling.”
