James K. Taylor
James K. Taylor is a 2012 graduate of the University Of Alberta Faculty Of Law. He focuses his practice, primarily in the area of family law and mediation.
James’ practice concentrates on helping people through the most difficult situations they are faced with. He looks at the tools of negotiation and mediation as potent options for people when they want to keep the power over their own decisions.
If given the choice, James always prefers the meditative option to the litigious one and he prides himself on his ability to find middle ground between parties.
James has the skills needed to give practical and understandable advice while protecting the interests of his clients. He is very straightforward and timely when dealing with clients and does his best to communicate effectively.
James was a contributor for the Family Law Practice Manual and his memberships include the Law Society of Alberta, Alberta Family Mediation Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
